Build Redux Cancellation Policy
Unless we observe certain clauses (including but not limited to: Shopify discrepancies such as suspected credit card fraud, etc.) that would result in the cancellation of your order without prior notice, you may request to cancel your order if your system has not yet shipped out.
If your order already shipped out, you would then have to submit your request as a return/refund. Please also bear in mind that in the case of returns, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the built system. Upon the system's arrival to your address, please leave the system in its original packaging and contact one of our support agents to assist you in obtaining a return label and other steps for return. Any possible damages incurred to the PC for not returning the system in its original packaging, or other user mishandling may also result in additional fees.
