- Your windows pin or password
(This step is essential as our RMA technicians will be unable to assist or diagnose issues without access with windows pin or password)
DISCLAIMERS
Complete Data Loss
- For proper testing & diagnosis, an OSRI (Operating System Reinstall) may be conducted which will result in complete loss of data. Please be aware.
- To minimize the chance of an OSRI from occurring, please be sure to provide your windows pin or password. Failure to provide your windows pin or password will result in complete data loss.
Shipping Charges & Fees
- If the issue is not able to be duplicated after the OSRI, the customer is liable for any shipping charges and any other fees that may incur.
- If your computer was delivered within the last 60 days we will be able to provide you with a free shipping label. If not, we offer one way shipping to us.
Packaging
- All repairs require the PC be sent back in its original box, with the foam and internal packing. If the PC is not sent in with these requirements it can be damaged, and the company cannot be responsible for any losses that incur from that. For instructions on how to correctly package your PC, please follow this guide.
- If you do not have the original box + foam + padding from the initial order, please reach out to us right away.
Once we receive all pictures and information provided above, we will be able to continue with the RMA process. We advise to have all information ready and together at first contact. Failure to provide all above information together will result in a delayed RMA process.
If you have any additional questions or concerns please do not hesitate to submit a request to one of our agents here.
Thank you
